How to Purchase a Gift Voucher
Follow the link to purchase a voucher and simply fill in the form with the relevant details - it really is that easy! We have sectioned our online form so that purchasing a voucher is as simple as possible. Follow our step by step guide if you get stuck.
Step 1:
Enter the details of the person for whom you are buying the voucher, including their title, name and email address - that's so we can send them their voucher!
Step 2:
Choose the relevant design for your voucher (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day etc), how much the voucher will be worth and a message to the lucky person you're buying the gift voucher for! You will then need to create a password and a verification question and answer so that we can ensure that the correct person receives and uses the voucher. If you want to see what your voucher will look like click the "Preview Your Voucher" button.
Step 3:
Now enter your details and your payment details and select the "Book Now" button. Your voucher will now be sent to your chosen recipient and you will receive confirmation of your purchase. Simple!
Helpful Tip: Don't forget to select the terms and conditions box, you won't be able to purchase a voucher until this has been selected. The purple button will change to "Book Now" once the box haas been selected.

How to Redeem a Gift Voucher
It couldn't be simpler to redeem a gift voucher but just in case you get stuck we have created a step by step guide.
Helpful Tip: Remember to keep you voucher reference number and password to hand when using your gift voucher to pay for a London theatre break.
Step 1:
Using the booking engine on the left hand side, select the London show of your choice and the type of performance (evening, matinée etc), the date you wish to see the show, the number of nights in the hotel and the type of room (double, single etc), how many people the booking is for and whether you wish to include rail travel. Then select the Search button.
Step 2:
An availability screen will display, letting you know if your show is available for your chosen date and with a list of hotels for your overnight stay. Select the hotel you wish to stay in and remember you can add an extra night, pre-theatre dinner or London attraction entry to your package if you wish. Then select the Book Now button.
Step 3:
The payment screen will then display. Add your contact details and under the Payment Details section, select Redeem Voucher. All you need to do then is enter your voucher reference along with your password (these are both displayed on your gift voucher confirmation). If you have forgotten your password don't worry you can answer the security question and then we can confirm your voucher details. Once complete, select the Book Now button and your package is booked. Easy!
Please note if your voucher does not cover the full cost of your theatre breaks package, you will be required to fill in the payment details located beneath the Redeem a Voucher section.
Helpful Tip: If you don't use the total amount of your voucher on your first purchase, don't panic. You can use the remainder for your next booking - the same reference and password will apply.
