Phoenix Theatre

The Phoenix Theatre opened in 1930 and soon became associated with Noël Coward, becoming home to several of his productions and re-naming it's foyer bar 'The Noël Coward Bar in 1969 shortly before celebrating his 70th birthday with a special midnight matinee. While it's frontage may be considered drab at best, the interior of the Phoenix is widely regarded as one of the most beautiful.
